The LUCH plant is under construction in the Vologodskaya Special Economic Zone. Construction started in 2026. Start of production is scheduled for 2027.
The goal is to achieve a high degree of Russian content — from manufacturing base PCB materials to delivering finished products.

A high-tech Russian production facility featuring state-of-the-art production lines and AI-based automated quality control of the products.
LUCH will be the first plant focused on large scale production of basic printed circuit boards. The product range will include 2-layer and 4-layer PCBs up to Class 5 precision.
These PCBs will be used in equipment and components for electricity, water, and gas metering devices.
Investments for the LUCH project are provided by the NEC Group, a consortium of Russia’s leading power engineering and industrial equipment manufacturers and service providers.
