RTC-ELECTRO supplies busbar trunking systems for a mine under construction in Bashkortostan

RTC-ELECTRO, part of the Electrical Engineering Solutions division of the NEC Group, has supplied more than 150 meters of TKLN cast-resin insulated busbar trunking systems for a mine under construction at the Yubileynoye copper-pyrite deposit in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The equipment will become part of the power supply system for the mining facility. The busbar trunking systems were manufactured with the future operating conditions in mind. The equipment is designed to withstand high loads and operate in a challenging industrial environment. For the project, RTC-ELECTRO specialists drew on their experience in supplying equipment to mining companies and adapted the technical solution to the facility’s requirements. Cast-resin insulation provides the busbar trunking systems with mechanical strength and resistance to external impacts. This makes the equipment suitable for industrial facilities with stringent power supply reliability requirements. Yubileynoye is one of the major copper-pyrite deposits in Bashkortostan. The development of the mine will enable the region’s copper-pyrite ore reserves to be brought into production and contribute to the development of the region’s industrial infrastructure. The maximum annual production capacity of the deposit is estimated at 3.6 million tonnes of ore.
