The NARTIS PULT app is now available on the App Store: read meter data directly from your smartphone

NEC TECH has developed an iOS version of the NARTIS PULT mobile app. Previously, the app was available only to Android users. NARTIS PULT can now be downloaded fr om the App Store and RuStore, as well as from the website of the NARTIS plant, the manufacturer of the metering devices. The app is designed for electricity consumers using modern NARTIS-I100-SP1 and NARTIS-I300-SP31 smart meters with Bluetooth connectivity. The app also supports connection via the TCP/IP protocol over GSM, provided that the meter has a SIM card with a static public (“white”) IP address. NARTIS PULT allows users to retrieve data directly from a meter using a smartphone or tablet. The app displays total and tariff-specific electricity consumption figures, information on the meter’s operating status, and other data. The app can be used independently or together with NARTIS-D101 remote meter-reading devices. This is particularly convenient for residents of private homes, wh ere meters are often installed on utility poles at the boundary between the network company’s and consumer’s areas of responsibility. To use the app: 1. Make sure that the installed meter’s designation includes the “RF2400/2” specification. Meters supporting Bluetooth are also marked with a corresponding Bluetooth icon or the “BT” designation. 2. Download the NARTIS PULT app to your smartphone or tablet. 3. Turn on Bluetooth and location services on your device and open the app. 4. Sel ect “BLE” as the connection method. 5. Sel ect your meter fr om the list of available devices and enter the PIN code for pairing. The PIN code is assigned during the meter’s manufacturing process at the customer’s request. When connecting, the app automatically checks the standard PIN code options. If none of them work, the user will need to enter the code manually. The code can be obtained fr om the electricity supply or power grid company that installed the meter. Once the connection is successfully established, the data from the meter is automatically retrieved and displayed on the smartphone or tablet screen.
